REGULATIONS OF THE ADA ATELIER INTERNET STORE
Specifying, among other things, the rules of concluding sales agreements through the online store, containing the most important information about the Seller, the Store and the Consumer's rights.

Appendix No. 1 - Model withdrawal form
§ 1 DEFINITIONS
Business days - days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Account - a free feature of the Store that allows the Buyer to create an individual account.
Consumer - a natural person making a purchase in the Store for a purpose not directly related to his/her business or professional activity.
Buyer - any entity making a purchase from the Store.
Regulations - these rules and regulations.
Store - ADA ATELIER online store operated by the Seller at: https://adaateliershop.pl.
Seller - ADA Foundation, Zamoyskiego 15, 37-700 Przemyśl, Podkarpackie province, KRS: 0000313847, REGON: 180374324, NIP: 795-246-03-04.

§ 3 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
In order to use the Store, the following are required:
1. A device with access to the Internet.
2. A web browser that supports JavaScript and cookies.
3. An active e-mail account - to place an order.
§ 4 SHOPPING
1. The prices in the Store are gross prices and include VAT.
2. The total price includes the price of the goods and any delivery costs.
3. To place an order, the Buyer adds the product to the shopping cart, selects the method of payment and delivery, and provides data for order processing.
4. Placing an order is equivalent to concluding a sales contract.
5. Confirmation of the conclusion of the contract will be sent on a durable medium.
6. The buyer can make a purchase with or without registration.
§ 5 PAYMENTS
The entity providing online payment service in the field of fast transfer payments is PayPro S.A. with its registered seat in Poznan, Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznan, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the number 0000347935, NIP: 7792369887, REGON: 301345068 - operator of Przelewy24.
Available payment methods:
1. The store accepts payment by Visa and Mastercard.
2. Traditional transfer to the Seller's account.
3. Electronic payments via:
- Shoper payments (Blue Media S.A.).
- PayPal
- Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A.).
4. Payment term when paying in advance - 3 working days.
5. Some payment methods may be available only directly after placing an order.
6. Acceptance of electronic invoices by the Buyer.
§ 6 ORDER FULFILLMENT
1. Seller delivers goods free of defects.
2. The order processing time is specified in the Store.
3. In case of payment in advance, the realization begins after it is credited.
4. When purchasing goods with different lead times, the longest one applies.
5. Goods are delivered to:
- Poland
- Great Britain
- Germany
- France
6. Delivery is made via DPD company.
§ 7 RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT
1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
2. The deadline is counted from the date of:
- receipt of the goods or the last of the items (in the case of orders with multiple products),
- conclusion of the contract (in the case of digital content).
3. Withdrawal is made by a clear statement (e.g. e-mail, letter).
4. You can use the form (Appendix 1), but it is not mandatory.
Effects of withdrawal:
- Return of funds within 14 days, using the same payment method.
- Possible withholding of the return until the goods are received back.
- The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Consumer.
- The consumer is responsible for the diminution in value of the item resulting from improper use.
§ 8 EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the contract:
1. For non-refabricated goods, made to order.
2. Subject to rapid deterioration.
3. In sealed packaging, if opened after delivery.
4. Whose nature makes it impossible to return it.
5. For recordings or computer programs after opening the package.
6. For newspapers (except subscriptions).
7. Dependent on financial market fluctuations.
8. On digital content not recorded on a tangible medium, if started with the consent of the Consumer.
§ 9 COMPLAINTS
1. In the event of a defect in the goods, the Buyer may take advantage of the warranty or guarantee (if provided).
2. The complaint can be submitted:

3. If the goods need to be sent back, the Consumer will not bear the cost of shipping.
4. The time to consider a complaint - up to 14 days.

- Mediation - Provincial Inspectorate of IH
- Permanent amicable courts
- Local consumer ombudsman

§ 10 PERSONAL DATA
1. The administrator of personal data is the Seller.
2. The data is processed for the purpose of performing the contract and in accordance with the RODO.
3. Details can be found in the Privacy Policy available at the Store.
§ 11 TERMS
1. It is forbidden to provide unlawful content.
2. Each order constitutes a separate sales contract.
3. Contracts are concluded in the Polish language.
4. The provisions of the Terms and Conditions do not limit the rights of the Consumer.
5. Product rules apply to digital content accordingly.
§ 12 BUYERS NOT CONSUMERS
1. They are not entitled to withdraw from a contract concluded remotely.
2. The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order.
3. The warranty is valid for 1 year.
4. In case of a dispute - the competent court is the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of the Seller.
