1. General information

This Privacy Policy describes the rules of processing personal data of Users of the ADAATELIERSHOP.PL online store available at: https://adaateliershop.pl (the “Store”).

We make every effort to ensure the privacy and security of your data. The Policy has been developed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016. (RODO).

3. Purposes and legal basis of data processing

The purpose of the processing of Buyer's data by the Seller, provided by the Buyer in connection with purchases in the Store, is to fulfill orders. The basis for processing personal data is:

  • the contract of sale or actions taken at the Buyer's request aimed at its conclusion (Article 6(1)(b) RODO),
  • Seller's legal obligation related to accounting (Article 6(1)(c) RODO),
  • the legitimate interest of the Seller, consisting in the processing of data for the purpose of establishing, investigating or defending possible claims (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).

In addition, data may be processed for the following purposes:

  • providing services offered in the Store,
  • direct marketing,
  • analytics and statistics,
  • customer satisfaction surveys.

4. Voluntariness of providing data

Provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary to provide services and orders. Failure to provide data may result in the inability to:

  • register in the Store,
  • placing an order,
  • use the services of the Store.

  • the consent has not been revoked, if it was the basis for processing,

  • object to data processing (e.g. direct marketing),
  • revoke your consent at any time.
