ADA ATELIER Returns and Complaints Regulations
1. General provisions
1. These terms and conditions define the rules for returns, complaints and withdrawal from the contract in the ADA ATELIER online store.
2. By placing an order in our store, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.
3. All return and complaint procedures are in accordance with applicable laws, including the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014.
2. Complaints
If the purchased product has a defect, the customer has the right to file a complaint in accordance with the warranty regulations.
a) Complaint procedure
To make a complaint, you must:
1. Fill out a complaint form, which should include:
- Name,
- E-mail address or mailing address,
- Phone number,
- Order number and name of the advertised product,
- Description of the defect and the date the defect was discovered.
2. Email the form to adaateliershop@gmail.com or include it in the return shipment.
3. Send back the advertised product to the address:

b) Processing of complaints
1. Complaints are processed within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
2. If the complaint is accepted, the product will be repaired, replaced with a new one or, if no replacement is possible, the Customer will receive a refund.
3. If the complaint is rejected, the customer will receive a detailed justification of the decision.
3. Returns - withdrawal from the contract
In accordance with the Law on Consumer Rights, the Customer has 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased product without giving any reason.
a) Return procedure
To return a product:
1. Fill out the withdrawal form.
2. Pack the product with all accessories and proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
3. Use our online returns system to generate a return label and send the package:

b) Refund
1. Refunds will be made within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the returned product.
2. The funds will be refunded by the same payment method used to make the purchase, unless the customer expressly agrees to another form of refund.
3. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error by the store or a recognized complaint.
